Note:-1. Commission slabs are for you & your group's repurchase which will be added to the total business for the purpose of deciding your total commission slab.
2. Benefit of above difference commission will be given to only those distributors who have their own repurchase in the same month .

Commission is calculated on the basis of total business of your group. You get net commission after deducting the commission of your down line groups. This can be understood by a hypothetical example.

3. This is a hypothetical example. Commission can vary on the basic of actual figures of business.

Regular Purchase Bonus

Regular Purchase Bonus will be distributed to distributors on the basis of regular purchase. This will be calculated as per their earned points. Purchase of 500 B.V. in a month will be counted as 1 point. The counting will start from 1 Devember 2008.

Note :-

1. Maximum 200 points will be counted in one month.
2. Only RCM regular distributor can get regular purchase bonus.
3. For eligibility of regular purchase bonus, it is necessary to earn minimum 1 point every month. In the period of 12 month one month can be considered without earning any point. If any distributor doesn't earn points for more than one month then accumulated points will laps. He can earn points from the beginning.
4. There is no maximum time limit to accumulate required points.
5. Distributor can choose bonus according to his chioce and also can change as desired. On achieving any bonus, required points for that particular bonus will be deducted from the total points collected. Balance points will be added further. It has to be done on the RCM website on Regular Purchase Bonus Column or can send SMS as RCM Bon Dist.No. PASSWORD BONUSPOINT or can send application to the company.

* Royalty will be calculated on difference basis and distributor shall be entitled for royalty of achieving business as per above table and fulfillment of conditions as mentioned hereunder, distributor have to :-
1. Purchase RCM Products for minimum 1500 B.V. in every month.
2. Take minimum 2 meetings every month and minimum 27 in a year as assigned by the company. In the absence of assignment the distributor shall take meetings after obtaining the approval from the company.
3. Attend minimum 1 LDP in every three months.
4.Any other condition for which company deemed to be beneficial in the interest of business as a whole.

This can be understood by this hypothetical example:-

Total Royalty 6,00,000* 6% = 36,000/-
Less Royalty of A 4,00,000* 3% = 12,000/-
Net Royalty
= 24,000/-

Leadership Bonus

On reaching 30% commission slab with minimum
70,000 B.V. in second leg Rs.2,000/- Monthly
Royalty achievers with 2 to 6% royalty Rs.4,000/- Monthly

Note:- Those who are getting Leadership Bonus will have to buy RCM products, monthly as follows.

30% Slab 750 B.V.
2 to 6% Royalty 1,500 B.V.

Leadership bonus will be payable from second month of qualifying the required slab.
Maximum one bonus will be given in on time.
Leadership Bonus will be applicable on continuation of business to the same level.

Big and complicated calculation always create confusion, so commission calculation should be direct and easily understandable. Many companies fool the customer by keeping the fact concealed. So they adopt open and direct commission calculation policy instead of indirect and complicated calculation
